As a counsellor my role is to listen without judgement, allowing you the space and time to tell your story. I am here to support and encourage, help you discover your potential, and make room for hope and joy in the midst of the dark and lonely times too.

I am a passionate believer in the idea that counselling should not be a difficult task for someone to arrange and find time for, so I am delighted to be able to offer a variety of counselling services, to suit your needs and fit into your lifestyle.

Off the Couch therapy specialises in Walking Therapy, EFT (tapping), as well as traditional person centred counselling. With the exception of walking therapy these sessions can be conducted online, over the phone or in person.
