My years of experience as a school wellbeing/support worker and student wellness counsellor means I am a patient and kind therapist for children as well as adults.
Caring and fun, I can engage with children of all ages, each with different needs and abilities. Walking therapy with younger clients may include play, petting Hiro my dog, hunting for interesting items, nature craft or finding a quiet bench to talk on.
You will find me a very easy going support person for your child. A good rapport with gentle empathy is my number one priority. Being a mother of an ASD/ADHD child I understand the challenges both for parent and child. Parent sessions are also available, we all need someone to hear us in our frustrations and cheer us in our successes. I am able to be accessed with NDIS funding (self or plan managed) and can write annual reports as needed.
I have worked with Louise in a school environment and witnessed first hand her empathy, compassion and calm nature she showed to students, families and teachers. She was always available to talk to in a professional capacity and as a friend. Her friendly and outgoing personality engaged families and students to attend her support sessions, and she provided honest, constructive and supportive advice and feedback. Louise is reliable, openly listens and provides support to create and achieve personal and professional goals. Miss G Teacher
Louise was a colleague of mine whilst at Hackham West R-7 school. She was held in high regard amongst her peers, parents and students. She at all times, with her soft caring nature made all the students feel very comfortable when she was working with them. The empathy she shows to all is one of Louise’s strengths. I would not hesitate in recommending Louise to anyone for the services she is offering. Mrs G SSO
